Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in the Emergency Spot Rescue Membership (“Membership”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. The Membership is a recurring subscription service provided by SN Cleaning Inc for limited emergency spot cleaning services only.

1. Membership Coverage

The Membership provides emergency spot cleaning services only and does not include full carpet, rug, or upholstery cleaning.

Each Membership tier includes the following number of spot cleaning visits per 12-month period:

• Basic Plan – $9.99/month: 1 spot cleaning visit per year
• Family Plan – $19.99/month: 3 spot cleaning visits per year
• Ultimate Plan – $29.99/month: 5 spot cleaning visits per year

Unused spot visits do not roll over, have no cash value, and are not refundable or transferable.

Membership benefits apply only to the service address listed at enrollment.

2. Upgrading Your Plan

If you upgrade your Membership, your included spot cleanings will be adjusted based on the time remaining in your current year.

Your renewal date stays the same, and any spot cleanings you’ve already used will count toward your updated total.

Bonus spot cleanings are a new customer offer, limited to one per year, and aren’t reissued when changing plans.

Example

If you start the $9.99 plan on January 1 (1 visit + 1 bonus) and upgrade to the $19.99 plan on June 1, you’ll receive additional prorated visits for the rest of the year—giving you more total cleanings without restarting your plan.

3. Definition of a Spot Cleaning

A spot cleaning visit is intended for treatment of localized stains caused by unexpected accidents, such as:

• beverage spills
• pet accidents
• small food stains
• small tracked-in dirt areas

A spot is defined as:

• 1–3 localized stains
• each stain up to approximately 12 inches × 12 inches
• limited treatment area typically not exceeding 2 square feet per stain

Multiple small stains may be treated during a visit at the technician’s discretion, provided the total treated area remains within the limits above.

Each spot visit is typically 30–60 minutes in duration.

4. Services Not Covered

The Membership does not cover:

• full room carpet cleaning
• multiple stains across more than 3 room/furniture pieces
• traffic lane cleaning
• heavily soiled or neglected carpet
• full upholstery cleaning
• sectionals or modular sofas
• large rugs or specialty rugs
• commercial properties

These services may require separate paid cleaning at standard service rates.

5. Technician Assessment & Service Conversion

We always begin with spot cleaning and do our best to remove or improve the stain.

In some cases, the treated area may appear cleaner than the surrounding carpet or fabric due to general soil buildup. If that happens, your technician will review the results with you after treatment.

• If you’re happy with the outcome, you’re all set
• If you’d like a more even, blended appearance, we can clean a larger area

This is always your choice, and we’ll provide a clear quote before any additional work is performed.

Membership Credit

If you choose to proceed with a larger cleaning, your visit can be applied as a credit:

• Up to $75 toward the cleaning service
  •Credit cannot exceed the service price
  • No cash value
  • One credit per visit

Example

Sofa cleaning price: $125
Membership credit: $75
You pay: $50

6. Stain Removal Disclaimer

While many stains can be significantly improved or removed, complete stain removal cannot be guaranteed.

Results depend on several factors including:

• stain type
• stain age
• fiber type
• prior chemical treatments
• heat or dye damage

Some permanent stains may improve but not fully disappear.

7. Pre-Approval & Photo Verification

To ensure the requested service qualifies as a spot cleaning, SN Cleaning Inc will request a photo of the affected area before scheduling a visit.

If the submitted photo indicates the service falls outside the scope of Membership coverage, the visit may be quoted as a regular cleaning service.

8. Scheduling & Service Availability

• Spot visits are scheduled based on technician availability.
• Services are performed during normal operating hours Monday–Friday unless otherwise arranged.
• Service must occur within our standard service area.

We reserve the right to reschedule visits due to:

• severe weather
• unsafe conditions
• lack of access to the property
• scheduling limitations

9. Parking & Access

Members receive spot cleaning visits without trip fees or minimum service charges.

However, parking costs will be added if applicable, including:

• metered parking
• parking garages
• required permits

Parking receipts will be provided when applicable.

10. Billing & Subscription

Membership is a recurring subscription billed monthly or annually.

By subscribing, you authorize SN Cleaning Inc to automatically charge the payment method on file for recurring billing until canceled.

11. Cancellation Policy

Membership may be canceled at any time.

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• No prorated refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

Unused spot visits expire at the end of each 12-month cycle.

12. Early Cancellation After Use

If a member uses any spot cleaning visit and cancels before completing 12 months of paid membership, the customer may not re-enroll in the Membership for 24 months from the cancellation date.

This policy helps prevent misuse of the emergency service benefit.

13. Misuse of Membership

The Membership is designed for occasional accidental stains, not ongoing cleaning needs.

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate membership if the program is misused, including but not limited to:

• repeated large-area cleaning requests
• attempts to substitute full cleaning services for spot cleaning
• unsafe service environments
• abusive or inappropriate conduct
• failed payments

14. Non-Transferability

Membership benefits:

• are non-transferable
• apply only to the registered service address
• may not be shared with other properties or customers.

15. Changes to Terms

SN Cleaning Inc reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Continued membership after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.

Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts located in Chicago, Illinois.

17. Service Area Limitations

Due to parking restrictions, building access limitations, and loading dock regulations, the Spot Rescue Membership is not currently available in certain downtown and high-density service areas.

At this time, Membership services are not offered for service addresses located within the following ZIP codes:

• 60601
• 60602
• 60603
• 60604
• 60605
• 60606
• 60607
• 60610
• 60611
• 60616
• 60654

 These areas often involve:

• Limited or unavailable service parking
• Paid garage or valet-only access
• Building scheduling restrictions
• Loading dock requirements
• Extended service access times

Because the Spot Rescue Membership is designed for quick 30 -60 minute emergency visits, these conditions make it difficult to provide reliable and efficient service under the Membership structure

Additional Notes

• Customers located within the above ZIP codes are still welcome to schedule standard cleaning services at our regular rates and availability.
• We reserve the right to decline Membership enrollment or cancel Membership service if a service address falls within restricted areas or presents similar access limitations.
• Service area availability may change in the future.
