We charge $0.15 to $0.25 cents per sq. ft. for commercial carpet cleaning, depending on the size of your commercial property and the current condition of your carpet. For upholstery cleaning we charge $15 per office desk chair (seat only cleaning), $25 per office desk chair (seat and back cleaning) and $20+ for waiting room chairs (depending on the size). Minimum work order applies.
Absolutely. We know sometimes it can be difficult to measure the space of your office, or you simply don’t have the time to do so. We will be more than happy to stop by and measure the space or count how many office/waiting-room chairs you need to clean, so we can be able to provide you with an accurate estimate. We don’t charge anything for the visit and there is no obligation to use our services.

We will be able to remove most of the stains during the cleaning process. Using the right solutions will ensure that we will achieve the best possible outcome. With that said customers should know that certain substances can cause some stains to become permanent due to discoloration of the fibers and no matter how much cleaning solution we use or how hard we try we won’t be able to reverse the damage. Also please keep in mind that high-traffic areas can wear out the carpet quicker and thus appear duller than areas which don’t receive too much foot traffic. This is permanent fiber damage from the friction and can’t be reversed. Upon arrival our technician will let you know what to expect from the cleaning process, based on the current condition of your carpet and/or upholstery.

Average drying time is 4 to 6 hours vs days for many of our competitors. We can achieve that thanks to the use of low moisture cleaning equipment in combination with next generation carpet cleaning tools that dramatically increase the water recovery. However please keep in mind that heavily soiled carpets may take few extra hours to dry completely.
We are open 7 days a week and, in most cases, we can have a tech at your home next day. In some cases, we can even schedule an appointment for the same day.
Absolutely NO. We value your time and that’s why we provide you with 2 hours timeframe of arrival, NOT half a day, waiting for the carpet cleaning technician to show up. Upon request we can even call you 30 minutes prior our arrival.
