Q: Do you service areas outside of Chicagoland?
No. Our team is dedicated to serving our local communities, so we serve most, if not all, areas within the greater Chicago area only. That means we don’t serve anywhere outside of the Greater Chicago Area!
Q: Do you clean wood, laminate, or linoleum floors?
While we are experts with fabric and tile, we do not clean hardwood, laminate, or linoleum flooring. Our focus is on providing a deep, revitalizing clean for the following:

Q: Can you clean outdoor rugs or furniture?
Great question! We do not clean outdoor area rugs, as they are often covered in algae and mold spores, making it nearly impossible to clean using a steam cleaning process.
However, yes, we absolutely clean outdoor furniture! We can refresh your outdoor patio sets, and pricing is based on the size of each piece (side chair, loveseat, sofa, or sectional). Let us know what you have, and we can provide a precise quote.
Q: Do you clean bed frames or headboards?
Yes! We can help refresh your entire bed setup. For a standard queen or king size, our pricing is:

That pricing is per room. Each area up to that size qualifies for the listed price.

Yes, all prices listed on our website reflect a 3% cash discount. This discount is not available for payments made by credit card. Also keep in mind that if you live in an area where free parking isn’t available, such as downtown Chicago, the cost of parking will be added to the final bill. Rest assured that we will look for the cheapest parking option there is, usually being a street parking by the hour.

While our chatbot is an excellent tool for getting a quick rough estimate, its quotes are for guidance only.

Q: What is your cleaning process for carpets?
We use a powerful, low-moisture hot water cleaning equipment (also called hot water extraction). It’s a multi-step process that is incredibly effective. The entire process, which in some cases can be up to 10 steps, includes:
- Pre-Treatment: We apply our eco-friendly cleaning solution to loosen embedded dirt, oils, and stains.
- Deodorizing/Pet Odor Treatment: For an additional fee, we can apply deodorizer or enzyme odor treatment, effectively removing everyday mild odors or more stubborn pet odors.
- Hot Water Extraction: We spray hot water to penetrate deep into the carpet fibers, effectively rinsing away embedded dirt and cleaning agents. Simultaneously, our powerful vacuum system, paired with advanced low-moisture cleaning tools, extracts the majority of the soiled water, leaving your carpets clean and with minimal drying time.
Q: Do you fumigate furniture, for instance, for international customs?
No, we do not offer fumigation services of any kind. Our process is for deep cleaning and refreshment. Consequently, we cannot provide any type of certification for customs or international shipping purposes.
Q: What chemicals or ingredients do you use? Are they safe?
Your family’s health is our top priority. We use eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning solutions that are safe for pets and kids. While we don’t post a specific ingredient list, we assure you our products are chosen for their safety and effectiveness.
Q: Do you sanitize carpets and upholstery?
This is a fantastic technical question. Technically, soft surfaces like fabric can’t be “sanitized” in the same way as a hard surface like a countertop. However, our deep cleaning process uses hot water extraction, which eliminates the vast majority of common bacteria, leaving your carpets and furniture hygienically clean.
Q: I’m worried about water damage after a cleaning. Is that possible?
It is virtually impossible for our process to cause water damage. We use low-moisture equipment paired with extremely powerful vacuums that extract almost all of our water. Your carpet will be damp but not soaked and will dry in a matter of hours.
